I hereby give my consent to the above named son/daughter/ward, to perform volunteer services for Big Bones Canine Rescue Service, Inc. (herein referred to as BBCR). I/We fully understand and acknowledge that his/her services are to be performed subject to all rules and regulations (which may be modified from time to time), whether verbal or otherwise set by BBCR, its employees, or its representatives. I/We understand that failure to do so may result in his/her immediate termination as a volunteer.
I/We acknowledge that his/her services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, at his/her own risk, and that there are inherent risks of injury, including physical harm caused by animals. On behalf of myself and the above named son/daughter/ward, I/we hereby release, discharge, and forever hold harmless BBCR, its agents, servants, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, or any nature of cause, including costs and attorneys incurred, based on damages or injuries in any way connected with services for BBCR, including but not limited to animal bites, accidents, illnesses, or injuries.
I/We understand that public relations are an important part of volunteering at BBCR. On behalf of myself and above named son/daughter/ward, I/we allow BBCR to use any photographs taken for public relations efforts. I/We will represent the rescue with the utmost of caution, class, and respect while performing services for BBCR and on my/our own social media networking sites.
